offer timely, personal, friendly service and can offer many
suggestions to assist in your website decisions.
Our goal is to
provide excellent service at a reasonable price. We believe in the
"get what you pay for" philosophy. We specialize in
straightforward sites that are easy to navigate. You won't get lost
on our sites. Users do not have to consciously think about what to
click on, or how to get back to where they were. We pride
ourselves on designing sites that present your information in an
easy-to-understand format that expresses the image that you want to
get across for your company.
So, how does it
all work? Here are the typical steps that take place during
the implementation of a new web site.
Consultation
between Three Two Bar Ranch, LLC
and the prospective client. This covers design ideas, business
needs, fees, etc...
Client sends all
required information, pictures, etc...

We obtain the
client's domain name.

We design an
Under Construction page to place on the web site.

We begin
designing the site.

After the main
framework, site colors, headings, etc... are designed, we place
the unfinished site on a private site. We email the client
with this location, so they can preview it.

If the client
is not satisfied with the preview, we will return to previous
step to make the necessary changes and then allow the client to
preview it again.

After the
client has determined that the framework is satisfactory, we
will flesh out the site with all graphics, navigation, etc...

Once the
client gives the final OK, we will publish the site to the
assigned domain name.

Once the site
is published, we will go through it once more to make sure there
are no problems.

Lastly, the
client periodically sends updates for the site. Remember,
users generally will not return to sites that are stale, with
unchanging content. This is very similar to reading a
magazine over and over!

If the client
subscribes to the Search Engine Placement Optimization service,
we will optimize the site for selected keywords and search
engines. We will begin the submission process to the most
popular search engines, continually monitor the rankings and
make changes as needed to help move the site up on the search
engines.
That is a general overview of the process. The client can
expedite the entire process by providing all requested information
and pictures at one time. If this occurs, the entire process
can take very little time!!
